精密烤箱（高溫老化箱）的日常操作注意事項和維護保養(yǎng)方法
 
      精密烤箱又稱作高溫老化試驗箱、恒溫焗爐等，其主要用于塑料、化工及其他領(lǐng)域，對被測試驗樣品進行高溫老化測試，觀察樣品的狀態(tài)，也可用于干燥、固化、烘烤及**等。作為一款高溫型試驗設(shè)備，其本身存在一定的危險性，那么在日常的操作過程中，我們要注意哪些操作事項和保養(yǎng)原則呢？今天就由專業(yè)精密烤箱生產(chǎn)廠家——高天儀器為大家簡單解析！

1.使用前注意電壓是否正確，僅適用機臺上所標示之電壓，避免電過量，而使電線走火。
1. Pay attention to the voltage before use is correct, only applicable voltage marked on the machine, to avoid electrical overload, the frequency and make the wire.
2.禁止將酒精、接著劑、···等易燃易爆物質(zhì)，具有揮發(fā)性之物品之酸性物品在機臺內(nèi)，防止意外發(fā)生。

3.請勿在機臺附近使用可燃性物品，防止意外發(fā)生。

5.如有加裝計時器(溫度計時)，此時AL燈亮起表示溫度已達設(shè)定范圍。

6.當顯示溫度與實際溫度(由標準溫度計測出)差異甚大時，不可隨意調(diào)整線路板之零件，應(yīng)通知本公司派員處理。

7.使用過程中溫度變化時，請勿隨意打開機臺。
